Wes has been a licensed Attorney for over 30 years, and has been with AngMar for nearly 10 years, serving as Chief Legal Officer and Privacy Officer. Prior to joining AngMar, Wes was a partner at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP, where he was head of the contracting and construction litigation section. Prior to that, he was a shareholder at Pratt, Sanderford & Maness, PC. Wes is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and serves as a Board Member for the Arlington Bar Association. He is also admitted to all Federal District Courts in Texas and maintains a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating. Wes holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Baylor University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University, and is Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance as well as Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).

Tony has been in healthcare for over 20 years, and specifically home health management since 2010. Tony has been in leadership with AngMar for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles; beginning as Vice President of Therapy Services in 2013. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2016 and officially began serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer in June 2017. Tony’s home health leadership experience also includes serving as a Rehab Specialist for Amedisys Home Health from 2010 to 2013. He continues to be a licensed physical therapist in the State of Texas. Tony’s education includes a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences, Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with Athletic Training focus, from Louisiana State University.
